The International Association of Professional Cooks announced the winners of its prestigious IACP Awards, which recognize the best cookbooks, digital media, photography and cooking style and culinary writing of the year, at the 43rd annual conference of the ‘IACP, held on Saturday 23 October. , in Birmingham, Alabama.
Among the winners were several books, authors and publishers from Penguin Random House, Ten Speed Press, Clarkson Potter, Penguin Canada, America’s Test Kitchen (a publisher client of PRHPS), as well as Punch and Taste, our independent digital magazines. publishers.
